Track Phi Track Elite,Inc. which is a non - profit community based program was founded in 1998. The club runs out of the city of Lithonia, Georgia. The T-Phi Family is a youth track and field program dedicicated to the development of each and every member. This track club is developed with kids in mind. Track Phi Track is USATF and AAU approved. Our track club is small in number to give the quality training to each runner that enters the program.
